Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Return

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. This right applies to all products purchased from Rakhesworldep, except for items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (if applicable) or customized products made to your specifications.

2. Return Period

The 14-day return period begins:

  • On the day you receive the last item from your order (if multiple items are shipped separately)
  • Or, if you have ordered a product consisting of multiple parts, on the day you receive the last part

To meet the return deadline, you must send your return request or return the products before the 14-day period expires. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible after receiving your order.

3. How to Return Products

To return products, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Return Request" and include:

  • Your order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will send you a return authorization email within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping address
  • Instructions for packaging

Step 3: Package and Send

Pack the products securely in their original packaging (if possible) with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact. Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email.

Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using the same shipping carrier that delivered your order or a reputable courier service.

4. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Free from damage, stains, or odors
  • Returned within the 14-day period

We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct from refunds if products are returned in a condition that reduces their value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns within Germany: Return shipping is free if you use our provided return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.

For returns from EU countries: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.

If you are returning products because they are defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs. Contact us first to arrange this.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds include:

  • The full product price
  • Original shipping costs (if all items from an order are returned)

Refunds do not include return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your desired product quickly and we can process both transactions accurately.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please include photos of the defect or incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

We take quality control seriously and apologize for any inconvenience. We will investigate the issue and take steps to prevent similar problems in the future.

9. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned (except if defective):

  • Customized or personalized products made to your specifications
  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (if applicable)
  • Products damaged by misuse or accidents

10. Late or Missing Returns

If your return arrives after the 14-day period, we may refuse it and send it back to you. If a return package goes missing in transit, we are not responsible unless you used the return label we provided. We recommend using trackable shipping and keeping proof of postage.
