1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Germany and the European Union. Shipping outside the EU is not available at this time. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order. There are no hidden fees. Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Shipping Rates (Germany)
- Standard Shipping: €5.90 (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping: €12.90 (1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping: Orders over €75.00 (standard shipping only)
Shipping Rates (EU Countries)
- Standard Shipping: €12.90 (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: €24.90 (2-4 business days)
- Free Shipping: Orders over €150.00 (standard shipping only)
Shipping costs are final and non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or we are responsible for a shipping error.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time begins after we receive payment confirmation and complete order verification.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date you place the order. Estimated delivery times are:
Germany
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
EU Countries
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or incorrect address information. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable shipping carriers including DHL, Deutsche Post, and other trusted logistics partners depending on your location. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for your destination.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
6. Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking information. You will receive:
- Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order is dispatched
- Delivery notifications from the shipping carrier (where available)

7. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched.
For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
- If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at [email protected]
We will investigate delivery issues and work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, note it with the delivery person if possible, and contact us immediately. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product if applicable.
We will investigate damage claims and, if confirmed, send a replacement or provide a full refund. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
10. Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped within the EU, no customs duties apply. For orders shipped outside the EU (if available in the future), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are separate from shipping costs and are not included in your order total.
11. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at [email protected]. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process as outlined in our Returns Policy.
12. Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they will typically be shipped together in one package. However, if items are processed from different locations or have different processing times, they may ship separately. You will not be charged additional shipping for separate shipments if your original order qualifies for free shipping.
